Our ravioli boards are a fun way to create and decorate pasta. These ravioli boards are perfect for creating a unique pattern on your fresh pasta, ravioli, or gnocchi. The design remains clear on the pasta even after cooking. Whether you’re cooking for a gathering, a special celebration, or just for yourself, the Sun ravioli board allows you to create beautifully decorated pasta that is sure to impress.
Size: 7.8 inch (20cm) long x 2.5 inch (6.5cm) wide
How to Use:
- Roll out your pasta dough.
- Dust the ravioli board lightly with flour to prevent sticking.
- Drape the pasta dough over the ravioli board.
- Use your fingertips to gently press the dough into the board.
- Add your filling into the wells.
- Lay the second piece of dough over the ravioli board.
- Use your fingertips (or a rolling pin) to seal the dough around the wells.
- Turn the ravioli board over and gently tip out the dough.
- Use your favorite pasta cutter or even a knife to cut out your desired ravioli shape.
Care Instructions:
The patterns are cut with a slight bevel to ensure the pasta releases easily. If the dough does get stuck in the ravioli board gently brush out and re-flour the ravioli board. We recommend hand washing the ravioli board with warm water with no soap. Do not soak your ravioli board or wash in the dishwasher. If the wood gets a little dry, you can use mineral or even a bit of vegetable oil to recondition the wood. For more information on tool care, look here!
