How to Use:

  • Prepare your workspace. Wipe down your workspace and dust your workspace with powdered sugar or cornstarch to prevent sticking.
  • Knead your fondant until it’s soft and pliable. If your fondant is too hard, add a little bit of water. If your fondant is too soft, add a small amount of powdered sugar.
  • Roll out your fondant or dough evenly with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness just slightly larger than you want your final result.
  • Don’t flip over your fondant after starting to roll. Instead, turn it in quarters to prevent sticking and achieve a uniform thickness.
  • Dust the fondant or dough lightly with powdered sugar or cornstarch to prevent sticking.
  • Position the fondant roller close to you.
  • Use your fingertips to roll the pin over the dough once, applying even pressure for a uniform thickness and texture.

Care Instructions:
The patterns are cut with a slight bevel to ensure the fondant rollers release easily. If the dough does get stuck in the fondant roller gently brush out or rinse under warm water. Wait until the fondant roller is dry before using it again. We recommend hand washing the fondant roller with warm water and soap.  For more information on tool care, look here!
